$35.09 - $35.80 per hour + 11.5% super & salary packaging | Part Time Temporary 24h per week | Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital (SDMH) | REQ574496 | Grade: Telephonist Level 3 | Applications close: 18 June 2025

As the Frontline Support Officer based in the Emergency Department (ED), you will provide administration support to the entire ED department. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working within various areas of the ED. The duties include communication (phone and paging), effective frontline customer service, accurate and timely recording of patient information into health systems, patient admissions and general administration.

Staff in this position work a rotating shift across seven days a week.

Shoalhaven Hospital, located on Yuin Country, is the main acute care hospital for the Shoalhaven region, providing emergency care, medical, surgical and orthopaedic services. The hospital has an Intensive Care Unit focusing on high dependency and coronary patients, Children’s Ward and Maternity Unit, as well as a purpose-built regional Cancer Care Centre and sub-acute Mental Health Unit.
