As the central point for our customer interactions, our Customer Engagement Centre will provide service excellence to customers at every touchpoint of their sales and service journeys with us. We want to build lasting relationships with customers - from helping them select the right vehicle for their needs to helping them safely maintain that vehicle. We want to make owning a vehicle purchased from us hassle-free, automated and a 5star experience.
Our new team of Customer Engagement Representatives will be responsible for:
- Inbound service booking calls.
- Follow up calls for service reschedules, product recalls, and service satisfaction feedback.
- Generating leads for sales, service and finance.
- Supporting sales initiatives.
With high sales and service volumes, our Customer Engagement Centre needs a team up for the challenge. To be considered, candidates will need to have:
- 2 years' experience in sales or customer service (preferably handling automotive or service centre enquiries).
- Professional & polished written & verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to be effective in managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
- Experience working in a call environment with a track record of achieving sales and service targets.
- A proactive & solutions-focused approached, resilient & flexible.
- A service focus, motivated by a drive for excellence and exceeding customer expectations.
- Reliability & dependability - able to work independently and collaboratively and have a strong work ethic.
This role will be based at our Girraween site. There is limited public transport to this site so a valid driver's licence and vehicle will be necessary.
