About the Role:
We are looking for a Ful Time Stock Controller to join our team! You will be working with the Retail and Pharmacist Managers to ensure the organisation of the store whilst meeting and exceeding our customer service expectations.
To be successful in this role you will be required to work as part of a team, individually, and be customer focused. Duties will include:
- Stock control
- Merchandising of the front shop
- Stock counts and stock adjustments
- Coordinate stock movement from storage areas onto shelves/promotional displays
- Maintaining the storeroom, keeping it tidy and organised
- Entering invoices and completing stock takes
As a Stock Controller, you will need:
- Prior experience handling stock in a retail environment - desirable
- Excellent customer services, sales and merchandising skills
- Exceptional communication, organisational and motivational skills
- Demonstrate initiative and strong work ethic
- Present yourself in a professional manner
- Board knowledge of computer programs like word and excel
- Provide positive communication and professional support to other employees
- Assist the team and serve customers when required
- Pharmacy or Retail experience - preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
