- $76,250 - $90,000 + Super + Bonus
Right now, Skyways is gearing up for something big! An exciting Gaming Room transformation is on the horizon, and we’re on the hunt for a Gaming Manager who wants to be part of the evolution from the ground up. If you're a dynamic leader, have a passion for gaming and guest experience, and proven skills in gaming and pub operations this is your moment.
In this role, you’ll lead, energise, and empower a passionate team to deliver next level service and create a space guests can’t wait to return to. You’ll set the tone for excellence; coaching your team to meet high standards while keeping the energy upbeat and fun.
With a strong focus on creating an engaging, responsible, and guest first culture, you’ll ensure the gaming room experience is more than just a transaction. Plus, you’ll play a key role in the exciting transformation of our soon-to-be renovated gaming room, bringing your ideas, experience, and attention to detail to life before launch.
A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:
- Motivate, inspire and empower the team to place our guests at the heart of everything we do, creating gaming experiences that locals love.
- Deliver regular coaching and training to the team to ensure that gaming areas operate in line with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations
- Build a service culture that is centred around fun, passion, authenticity & responsibility, encouraging your team to be their best version and guests to come as they are!
- Drive financial performance & outcomes inline with business expectations
- You'll create a premium ambiance and deliver first-class service through immaculate presentation and meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
About you:
- You are passionate about the guest experience whilst maintaining responsible service
- You have great gaming and operational experience in a fast-paced environment
- You hold current industry RSA and RSG qualifications
- VIC Gaming License
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
