We are looking for an experienced Casual Gaming Supervisor to join the PLG team at The Epsom in Mordialloc. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing gaming operations, ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

What will my duties include?
- Ensure the gaming room is always of a high standard in terms of cleanliness, customer service, lighting and ambiance.
- Oversee daily gaming operations, including game management and equipment functionality.
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements are always being met.
- Supervise and support gaming staff and provide training and guidance to maintain high performance standards.
- Assisting when required with the management team in the further development of the gaming room.

What we are looking for:
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
- Food Handlers Certificate
- TAB Compliance
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
