We have a position available for a confident and professional Team Leader to join our Gaming team at West HQ.
What does a Gaming Team Leader do?
Our Gaming Team Leaders are responsible for supervising our Gaming team and ensure smooth running of all Gaming services. This role is also responsible for monitoring and evaluating team performance and acting as a key point of escalation for high level customer enquiries.

What do you need to be considered?
- Hold a current RSA and RCG Competency Card
- Minimum 6 months service within the business
- Previous experience in Gaming
- Have proven yourself to be a customer service superstar
- Extremely accurate cash handling skills
- Proven knowledge and understanding of gaming practices
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to lead, communicate and supervise a team
- Excellent personal presentation
- Have full availability to work varied shifts which include days, afternoons and weekends including overnight shifts
- Good work history (conduct, on the job work performance, attendance and punctuality)
