From The Ground Up is expanding as we move into Spring, and we’re on the lookout for a qualified, motivated, and reliable Garden & Home Maintenance Labourer to join our hardworking and dedicated team.

Duties include:
- Lawn care: mowing, whipper snipping, edging
- Garden maintenance: weeding, pruning, mulching
- Landscaping and soft scaping tasks
- Small construction and concreting jobs
- Gutter cleaning and waste disposal
- Material ordering and collection
- General home and property maintenance
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven reliability and strong work ethic
- Unrestricted driver’s licence (essential)
- Experience towing and operating heavy vehicles/trailers
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Customer-focused with a high standard of service
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- (Mandatory for contractual work – must be lodged/applied for at time of application)
