ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our Garden Maintenance Crew, helping elderly clients maintain their gardens so they can continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is a fixed term full time role to 30/06/2026 with the possibility of on-going work.
Your Role Will Include:
- Lawn mowing, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding and general garden upkeep
- Ensuring outdoor areas are safe and accessible
- Building friendly, respectful relationships with elderly clients
- Working independently or as part of a small team
- Experience in garden or landscape maintenance
- A caring attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills and patience
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Driver’s license and reliable transport
- Police check & NSW Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- First aid and CPR or willing to obtain
