Wavecrest Tours Pty Ltd is currently is looking for a personal assistant to work alongside the General Manager to help service our existing clients and assist in all aspects of running the buisness.
Skills and Attributes required
-Highly developed secretarial and administrative skills.
-Previous experience as a Personal Assistant of Executives or Senior Managers.
-Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
-Positive attitude and engaging people-person, with solid commitment to customer satisfaction.
-Meticulous attention to detail.
-Advanced computer operation skills with demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office suite, and Myob accounting system.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Ability to work under pressure, using your initiative to sort issues.
-Experience involving Marketing activities is desired
-Experience in the daily operation of tourism business is desired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
