About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic leader to join us in a permanent full-time role reporting directly to the FS&C Director of Operations.
As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll take ownership of all Food Service & Convenience operations across your region — driving customer experience, operational excellence, commercial performance, compliance, and team development.
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead and develop high-performing regional teams across warehousing, delivery, and retail operations.
- Translate national strategies into measurable regional execution plans aligned with business goals.
- Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and commercial results across your region.
- Own and manage the regional P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strategic initiatives and service innovation.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, HACCP, Chain of Responsibility, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Identify growth opportunities, streamline operations, and improve service delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability and financial performance expertise.
- 10+ years of leadership in retail operations, supply chain, or wholesale environments.
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams across multi-site operations.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.
- Experience driving growth initiatives, transformation programs, and continuous improvement.
- Sound knowledge of WHS, HACCP, Chain of Responsibility, and people leadership frameworks.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (master’s desirable) and strong data-driven decision making.
- Agile, adaptable leadership style suited to fast-paced, customer-focused environments
