Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled Grader Operator to join our team at AACo’s Camfield Station, located in the beautiful Victoria River District—375 km south-west of Katherine and 695 km south of Darwin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the grader to maintain and develop station roads and fire breaks in accordance with grading guidelines.
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of machinery.
- Communicate property observations and updates to the Manager.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
- Undertake general station duties as directed by the Manager.
Desired Skills and Experience
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience operating graders, loaders, and excavators is highly regarded.
- Appropriate licenses to operate machinery (NT minimum requirement: open car license, relevant tickets preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
