Grounds maintenance and residence maintenance on 3 properties based in Coomera.
Applicant must be conversant with use of and maintenance of front deck mowers, mid mowers, brush cutters, and chain saws.
Knowledge of irrigation, and basic carpentry and handy-man skills is also required.

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
