Body Fit Training is Australia's newest and most advanced group training methodology and was recently awarded as the APAC Franchise of the Year.

We've incorporated scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 50 minute training sessions that are overseen by accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment.

About the Role:

You’ll play a key role in motivating, educating, and supporting members through our 50-minute group training sessions while ensuring an exceptional member experience.

This casual coaching position requires flexibility to work across various shifts, including:

Morning shifts: 4:30 AM – 8:00 AM

Evening shifts: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday shifts: 5:30 AM – 10:00 AM

What Are We Looking For:

  • Minimum 2+ years of coaching experience (preferred)
  • Cert III & IV in Fitness (or higher)
  • Experience in strength and conditioning coaching (desirable)
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • Availability to work early mornings and evenings, Monday – Saturday
  • Strong coaching skills, including exercise demonstration, regressions, and progressions
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Fun, energetic, and ready to bring the hype—especially for early morning sessions!
