Peak Fitness Pakenham is seeking an experienced, energetic and highly motivated trainer to join our team! The ideal candidate will inspire our members to achieve their fitness goals, actively promote our gym services, as well as create a positive atmosphere that brings our members back everyday.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of classes:
- Design and deliver high quality group training classes daily
- Ensuring the facility is impeccably maintained
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with members
- Motivated and passionate about the fitness industry
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Applicants must have:
- Cert 4 in Fitness
- Current First Aid + CPR
- A willingness to work flexible hours
Rates are paid per class.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9 – 10 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
