We have multiple opportunities for people who have studied or are interested in agriculture to work the harvest in our state-of-the-art Thebarton laboratory.
This role involves testing grain commodities and data input and suits those seeking an opportunity to gain laboratory or grain analysis skills.
Our laboratory plays a crucial role in upholding our high food and feed safety standards across our sites, ensuring accurate classification so we continue to meet end use customer requirements and maintain market access for local growers.
Most of our laboratory roles are available from October 2025 to January 2026, so are typically ideal for students looking for summer work.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- monitoring and testing quality of grain commodity samples
- preparing grain samples for internal and external customers and outsourced testing
- assisting with other grain classification activities as required
An intermediate competency in Microsoft Office products is required, as well as the ability to learn in-house systems efficiently and effectively.
