Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train barista staff.
- Maintain high standards in coffee preparation, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and adherence to recipes.
- Manage inventory and ordering of coffee supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues.
Skills + Experience:
- minimum of 5 years of coffee experience.
- Ability to maintain consistency in coffee preparation and uphold quality standards under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to optimize workflows and manage a diverse team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
