Are you ready to take the lead in one of ING Australia’s most strategically important growth areas? As Tribe Lead – Consumer Lending, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of our Credit Cards and Personal Loans business. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive innovation, digitisation, and customer-focused design in a space that’s central to ING’s ambition to grow primary customer relationships and diversify income.
You’ll be responsible for the full value chain—from strategy and product development to delivery and performance—working across Retail, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Operations to bring transformative ideas to life. With a strong change agenda and deep collaboration across other Retail Tribes (e.g. Mortgages, Daily Banking), you’ll help shape the future of Consumer Lending in a dynamic, agile environment.

What you’ll do:
- Own the strategy and delivery of Consumer Lending products, including P&L, pricing, customer journeys, and roadmap eecution.
- Guide and empower a high-performing Tribe across product, technology, and operations – fostering agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across Retail with Tribe Leads in Mortgages and Daily Banking to unlock cross-sell and deepen customer engagement.
- Champion digitisation and innovation to create seamless, scalable customer eperiences.
- Ensure compliance and risk ecellence across all Consumer Lending products and processes.
- Cultivate a culture of ecellence, collaboration, and shared purpose across your Tribe.
What you’ll bring:
Demonstrated e- perience in product, strategy, or transformation roles within financial services. E
- ceptional understanding of Consumer Lending products and market dynamics. Financial acumen with e
- perience owning P&L and managing budgets. E
- cellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Eperience leading agile teams and delivering comple
- change agendas.
