About the Role
As a key member of the Ipswich West State School leadership team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Leading curriculum initiatives aligned with school and departmental priorities.
Driving the implementation of the Australian Curriculum across all classrooms through consistent three-level planning.
Enhancing teaching and learning quality through evidence-based pedagogical practices that support all learners.
Facilitating planning days, professional learning communities (PLCs), professional development, communities of practice, mentoring, coaching, and curriculum-related processes.
Fostering positive, collaborative relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders.
