Catherine McAuley College, Mackay seek applications from suitably qualified educators to undertake the acting middle leadership position of Head of Department (Pastoral Care). This is a new Middle Leader position commencing from 19 January 2026, in conjunction with a permanent teaching role at the college.

Catherine McAuley College opened its doors in 2022, in order to meet the growing demand for a quality, Catholic Education in the Mackay region. Starting with pioneering Year 7’s in 2022, they will grow into a complete Years 7 to 12 profile by 2027.

Mandatory Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and the ability to obtain approved Queensland College of Teachers Registration
