About the role
We’re looking for a Head of Technology – CMT Enablement to lead the enablement function within Customer Markets Technology, ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical business applications.

About the Role -
In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for delivering capability and services into the aligned Heads of Technology across Customer Markets. You’ll oversee a project portfolio worth $10M–$20M and manage an operational budget of ~$15M annually. Your focus will be on maintaining high availability and performance of Customer Markets applications while driving strategic alignment and innovation.

What you'll do -
  • Act as the primary engagement point for the technology group, connecting business needs with technology capabilities.
  • Provide strategic advice on leveraging technology to drive growth, efficiency, and market expansion.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of technology services, including planning, building, and running platforms.
  • Ensure visibility and delivery of AI initiatives across Customer Markets.
  • Lead application roadmap planning and lifecycle management.
  • Manage IT change delivery, resource planning, and supplier performance.
  • Oversee budgeting (capex and opex), risk management, and compliance with delivery standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring -
  • Proven experience in senior technology leadership within large-scale or complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in IT delivery, operations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in SAP and Salesforce environments.
  • Experience managing third-party service providers and contracts.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and operational support models.
  • Strong people leadership and capability planning skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset with a focus on performance metrics.
  • Strategic thinking with a strong execution focus and business acumen.
  • Ability to synthesize customer and business data to inform strategic direction.
  • Budget management and risk assessment capabilities under pressure.
