Truth is, the decisions being made right now will determine the future of everything – from the local community to the sustainability of our clients’ businesses – to the entire planet. One of those decisions is: who do you decide to work for?

You will play an integral part in a team that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across the built environment, transport, land and water, energy and government sectors.
You will be required to undertake a mix of field based and desk-based work, with the requirement to travel and work in regional areas on occasion. You will be involved in cultural heritage work for a range of projects, particularly in the renewable energy, transport and Defence sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking cultural heritage impact assessments and identification of appropriate management and mitigation measures across a range of projects
- Leading projects and small teams of cultural heritage and/or environmental professionals to deliver high quality heritage assessments and reporting with exceptional technical and editorial standards, and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Engaging with clients and senior members of design teams to effectively scope and prepare proposals
- Bringing your strong networking skills, with the ability to communicate well across teams and with clients and regulatory agencies to achieve desirable project outcomes
- The desire to grow with a team of like-minded cultural heritage professionals to respond to market demand for these services
We know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.
What can you bring to the team?
At Aurecon, we believe that diverse experiences foster diverse thinking.
