Tara Care are seeking reliable, empathetic, and compassionate Care Givers to provide assistance to individuals in their own home using a person-centred approach, kind nature and respect for individual client choices.
The range of services we provide includes personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, respite, shopping, transport, and companionship. The Tarra Care team assist their clients from 1 hour to 8 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To uphold our high standards of care and meet all mandatory needs, candidates must hold or be willing to gain the following before employment:
- First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening ID
- AU National Police Check
- Full COVID19 vaccination Status
- Annual Influenza Vaccination
- Full driver license with comprehensive car insurance
- Be either an Australian citizen, permanent resident or comply with the relevant visa requirements.
All applicants must also hold a Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability or be willing to undertake our Earn-As-You-Learn Program in partnership with an accredited RTO.
