We are on the lookout for a Home Support Manager to help launch and develop the growth of our Brisbane operation. Given this role is a standalone position to begin with, we are looking for someone who is a natural leader, strong work ethic with attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to help our clients and uphold a strong brand.
As a Home Support Manager, you will be responsible for the on the ground operations, as well as servicing our client homes. As the business expands, additional management responsibilities will be added such as Recruitment, Training and Day-to-day Management of our Home Support Employees.
We are proud to provide customised service plans to our clients, to ensure each individual households requirements are met - this means our wonderful employees never have two days that are the same!
On commencement, depending on the day and the household, you would be supporting, you may be required to complete a mixture of the following:
- Cleaning (we use eco-friendly al.ive products, that smell amazing!)
- Household support – Linen change overs, Laundry, Organising and Tiding
- Meal Prep and Cooking
- Life Admin and Errands
Requirements:
- Passion to build genuine client relationships and provide quality services
- Experience as a people leader (desirable)
- Excellent English and Communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Be well presented with great initiative, a can-do attitude and a problem solver
- Exceptional eye for detail, thoroughness and the willingness to learn
- Exceptional time management skills and efficient work habits
- Own vehicle with current drivers’ license (must have)
- Willingness to obtain employee Working with Children check and National Police Check.
