About the role
This fantastic career opportunity offers the successful candidate a place within our closely-knit team with many avenues to grow and develop.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting both guests arriving and departing the hotel
- Liaising with guests during their stay to ensure they are satisfied
- Keeping up to date with current hotel promotions and events
- Ensuring all guest account details are correct and accurate
- Complying with brand standards
- Upselling and enrolment targets are met
- Balance daily cash, transaction postings and credit card remittance
- Communicating with other departments to increase guest satisfaction
About You
- Passion for customer service
- Readiness to deliver the Radisson 'Yes I Can' service
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- 12 months reception experience
- Flexibility to work within a rotating roster
- Opera experience (preferred but not essential)
- Full License, manual preferred
