FBM is a fast-growing service provider to the hospitality industry, managing housekeeping services for multiple sites across New South Wales, Victoria & Queensland.
Our team supports hotels with various services, predominantly in Housekeeping and Public Area Cleaning.

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and “keen to make their mark” Housekeeping Supervisors to join our dynamic team. We have vacancies available based in Sydney CBD or Pyrmont, in a Permanent Part-Time capacity.
We are looking for a leader who will be key in:
- Manage the cleanliness of hotel rooms and corridors, ensuring high standards.
- Assisting with the on-site training and onboarding of new team members; including initial introductions to site, ensuring all relevant induction documentation is completed and that colleagues are trained in site policies and procedures
- Conducting performance reviews and mentor the team for success
- Ensuring sufficient stock of amenities is available to the team
- Forecasting required staffing levels and rostering the team accordingly
- Preparing the day ahead by allocating/assigning rooms to the Attendant team, carrying out daily briefings and assigning checklists to the Public Area staff and Housepersons
- Finalising paperwork from the day, filing completed checklists, following up on outstanding job orders and concluding room counts and timesheets from the team
- Communicating at a high level with the Front Office and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth operation
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a housekeeping team leader or supervisor in a luxury or upscale hotel environment
- Passionate about Housekeeping and building strong engaged teams
- High level of work ethic and integrity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to guide others in this respect
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced hospitality role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with the rest of the hotel departments
- A professional, positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Proactive, with a passion for continuous improvement
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends
