It's more than an HR Business Partner role - it's a role where you’ll leverage your expertise to align HR strategies with business goals, driving growth and success across the organization. In this position you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director of the entity: Breitling Oceania Pty Limited.
Your contribution:
· You will act as a strategic partner supporting the Leadership in forecasting workforce needs
· You will be involved in Talent Acquisition Strategies by consistently attracting, recruiting and maintaining high-quality staff across all levels of the organization
· You will coordinate and support the onboarding process and provide suggestions for improvement
· You will play a key-support role in the performance review process by tracking timelines, assisting with documentation, and ensuring policy alignment
· You will assist in updating HR policy documents and support communication efforts around HR procedures and compliance
· You will foster a positive culture that aligns with company values and objectives
· You will oversee Payroll, provide HR advice and support to managers and teams
· You will act as a mediator and advisor on employee relations issues
· You will assist in maintaining compliance records and support audits or reviews related to Fair Work legislation and company policy

· You are degree qualified.
· You have gained at least 2 years of first foundational experiences in HR roles such as HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar
· You have knowledge of local employment legislation (e.g., the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards) and are motivated to continuously expand your legal and HR knowledge
· You possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
· You are skilled in multitasking and can effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
· You demonstrate high emotional intelligence and a collaborative working style that fosters engagement and trust among colleagues and leaders
· You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to execution
