We’re offering a paid Individual Support Traineeship for committed, responsible individuals who are ready to support clients with complex needs in a real-world care environment.
Location: Caboolture
Traineeship | Includes overnight rostered shifts
Paid training + hands-on experience

Who We’re Looking For:
This traineeship is ideal for candidates who are:
- Mature-minded and emotionally resilient
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Able to communicate calmly and clearly with clients, families, and colleagues
- Ready to commit to overnight and rotating shifts as required
You’ll be working with individuals who may have complex mental health conditions, disabilities, or behavioural challenges – so the ability to stay composed and supportive in unpredictable situations is essential.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily living tasks including hygiene, meals, and mobility
- Support clients with emotional regulation and behavioural needs
- Follow tailored care plans and document progress
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
- Work respectfully and professionally, always putting client dignity first
What You’ll Gain:

What You’ll Need:
- Police Check (must be submitted with application)
