Key Responsibilities:
General Duties and Conduct
Execute all duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Company.
Comply with all lawful and reasonable instructions issued by the Company.
Serve the Company with honesty, diligence, and integrity, upholding its values and interests at all times.
Strategic Market Development
Build and promote the “Prime of Prime” institutional offering (“One”) in Australia, including all DVP/RVP infrastructure and regulatory requirements.
Integrate the Australian offering into the broader DMA Group’s institutional and trading ecosystem.
Develop and maintain custodian relationships to support regional and global operational needs.
Client Relationship Management
Foster a culture of professionalism and regulatory compliance in all client interactions.
Ensure high standards of service delivery and relationship management are consistently upheld as a member of the Institutional Sales Team
Oversee the onboarding and migration of existing clients, ensuring continuity and satisfaction.
Sales and Growth
Drive institutional sales and revenue growth in the “Prime of Prime” segment across Australia.
Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across Saxo product suite.
Contribute to the broader sales strategy and collaborate with global teams to align regional goals with group objectives.
Trading and Execution
Facilitate and enhance trading capabilities for institutional clients in the region.
Ensure the trading function and related operational processes are robust, compliant, and scalable.
Integrate regional trading activity into the global trading desk framework.
Operational and Technical Enablement
Development of reporting capabilities tailored to institutional client needs in the region.
Define and implement regional requirements for the group’s proprietary Order Management System (Opus).
Champion the adoption of best practices, systems, and processes across the sales and execution lifecycle.
Leadership and Compliance
Support asset growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks.
Ensure contribution to governance, mentorship, and cross-departmental collaboration.
