Your opportunity
We are seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented Integration Analyst to support the analysis, design, and implementation of integration solutions across our enterprise systems. This role is critical to ensuring our systems communicate securely, reliably, and in alignment with business needs and enterprise architecture standards.
You’ll work closely with integration developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, document specifications, perform data analysis, and support the development and testing of integration solutions.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements
- Develop functional and technical specifications for integration solutions
- Perform data analysis and mapping to support integration design
- Assist in designing secure and reliable integration workflows
- Support system and user acceptance testing, including test plans and data sets
- Troubleshoot integration issues and document resolution steps
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions
- Drive and manage the integration team’s JIRA board to support Agile delivery
- Contribute to the development of integration standards and best practices
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance requirements
What you'll bring
IT qualification and minimum 3 years’ experience in IT environments (business/data/integration analysis)
- Understanding of integration design patterns, APIs, JSON, XML, and Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Strong data analysis skills, including SQL
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus) is desirable
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools such as JIRA
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications and Experience
- IT degree or technical certification.
- 3 years’ experience in related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in IT integration projects.
