Key Responsibilities Include -
Inventory Support
- Inspect goods on arrival and report discrepancies.
- Receipt purchase orders in Oracle on arrival of goods.
- Organise and store goods in the designated store location.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous and/or fragile items.
- Keep the storage area in a clean and safe condition.
- Prepare and package outgoing goods.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Assist with the preparation of procurement documentation such as purchase requisitions.
- Prepare, sort and deliver materials to the assembly team.
- Support assembly activities as required during the build program.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Undertake related administrative and project support tasks as necessary.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with safety standards.
A few things we’re looking for:
- C Class Driver’s License (essential).
- High Risk Forklift License (essential).
- High Risk Overhead Crane Certificate (preferred).
- High Risk Dogmans License (preferred).
- First Aid Certificate (preferred).
- Basic computer literacy.
- Proven administrative and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit to carry out manually handling and assembly tasks.
- Commitment to safety.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
