Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinator
Kailos International, a leading importer and wholesaler of automotive parts in Australia, is seeking a dependable Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Silverwater, NSW.
Silverwater, NSW (Full-Time)
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Liaise with overseas suppliers for stock orders
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for import shipments
- Perform stocktakes and cycle counts
- Manage purchase orders and delivery tracking
- Update inventory records in the ERP system
- Assist with warehouse and logistics documentation
- Handle inbound phone calls and assist customer inquiries
- Support daily office tasks (filing, data entry, basic documentation)
Requirements
- Previous experience in inventory, purchasing, or logistics preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software (ERP/WMS experience a plus)
