Where and how you can work
Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. This role is primarily onsite at our Sydney Campus, with an expectation to be in the office 3–5 days per week.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
Provide on-site & remote tech support to Canvanauts at our Sydney office.
Support and troubleshoot all on-site Canva hardware devices including MacBooks, mobile devices, network infrastructure and video conferencing equipment.
Support management of Canva assets including maintaining accurate records, procurement, provisioning and management.
Support with the onboarding and offboarding of Canvanauts across ANZ.
Contribute to our global support model through responding to service requests through our service channels, with a focus on supporting users across ANZ.
Provide AV support for all Canva events in Sydney / ANZ.
Contribute to IT Group & Tech Support Team goals to continually improve our service delivery model.
Proactively use AI and automation to enhance personal productivity and contribute to team efficiency.
You're probably a match if
You excel at delivering exceptional customer service and supporting users on-site.
You are skilled in supporting MDM-managed Apple/Mac hardware in an enterprise environment.
You are experienced in administering and supporting tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom.
You are confident managing employee onboarding and offboarding, including access provisioning/de-provisioning and hardware logistics.
You are adept at supporting office infrastructure, including networking, meeting rooms, event spaces, and printers.
You are experienced in managing hardware assets, engaging with vendors, maintaining records, and overseeing distribution.
You communicate clearly and effectively, with strong verbal and written skills, and contribute to user and technical documentation.
You thrive in managing multiple, competing tasks and priorities with ease.
You are comfortable working as part of a globally distributed team.

Canva is seeking a highly motivated IT / Tech Support Engineer to join our Sydney team to support Canvanauts to do the best work of their lives! It's more than tickets at Canva - you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that improve our service delivery, learn new skills and work in a collaborative, globally distributed team.
We're looking for someone who's passionate about excellent customer service and has demonstrated experience in a similar role within an IT / AV / Tech support environment. This role is primarily onsite, with an expectation to be in the office 3–5 days per week.
