Job Vacancy – Restaurant Manager (Salary $70,000–$72,000)
Join Gurume, a premium Japanese restaurant, as our new Restaurant Manager.
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills who can manage the overall operations of our venue.
Ideally, you will not only excel in management but also be able to assist with light cooking when required.
As we serve sake and wine, a valid RSA certificate is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage staff
- Maintain service quality and enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist with simple cooking and kitchen duties when needed
- Manage inventory and ordering processes
Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends: From 11:30 AM
Salary:
- $70,000 – $72,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Japanese cuisine or restaurant management
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Proven teamwork and leadership abilities
