We’re looking for a curious and confident Training Specialist who loves helping others feel capable, supported, and in control. If you enjoy explaining how things work, creating learning resources, and making complex tools feel simple - this might be your perfect next step.
This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone with a year or two of customer-facing experience who’s ready to build their career in a fast-moving tech company.
About the team
Our Training team is small but mighty - we work across departments, bring energy to everything we do, and love finding ways to make learning easier and more engaging. You’ll be supported by our National Training Manager and have exposure to teams across the entire business.
Where and how you’ll work
We’re based in North Sydney, and this is a hybrid role - we’re in the office 3 days a week. You’ll be collaborating closely with teams across the business, so we’re looking for someone who’s keen to be part of the energy and connection that comes with being on-site.
What you’ll be doing
At Eftsure, we protect B2B payments from fraud and error - before they happen. Our training team plays a critical role in helping customers and colleagues get the most out of our platform. You’ll deliver training, create useful resources, and make sure users (internal and external) feel confident and equipped.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Running onboarding sessions and refresher training for customers
- Hosting engaging webinars to walk through product functionality
- Delivering internal training (on everything from onboarding to security awareness)
- Writing and updating training materials - user guides, process docs, and more
- Creating online learning modules for both customers and employees
- Keeping our Zendesk knowledge base current and helpful
- Collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Support to stay aligned on changes
- Occasionally supporting sales demos when product expertise is needed
You’ll thrive in this role if:
- You’ve got 1 – 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
- You’re a strong communicator - comfortable speaking in front of people and writing clearly
- You’re tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools and systems
- You’re organised, self-motivated, and happy working independently
- You’re naturally curious and love finding better ways to do things
- You’re confident, adaptable, and resilient when things change fast
