In this Part-Time role, you’ll help deliver a premium service experience across King’s recovery and refurbishment programs – including cushion inserts, replacement covers, and full product recoveries.

  • 12 Month Parental Leave Contract
  • Provide end-to-end support for King Care services, including replacement covers, cushion inserts, and refurbishments
  • Respond promptly and empathetically to customer enquiries across phone, email and digital platforms
  • Use Salesforce Customer 360 and AI-enabled tools to generate accurate quotes and manage order workflows
  • Proactively follow up with customers, maintaining seamless communication through to service completion
  • Meet sales contribution targets by identifying upsell opportunities and converting service requests into revenue
  • Escalate complex issues to the King Care Service Delivery Manager as required
  • Maintain accurate system records and ensure customer expectations are consistently met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Despatch, and Design to coordinate service delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience and streamline operations

  • You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for helping customers
  • You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • You bring a solutions-focused mindset, commercial awareness, and a natural ability to match customer needs with service offerings
  • You’re experienced in using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and quoting/order management tools
  • You’re a collaborative team player who upholds King Living’s values of Passion, Integrity, Collaboration and Innovation
