We offer a staff accommodation and meals package, and the opportunity to ensure our guests have a great food and beverage experience, making holiday memories that last.
What you’ll do:
As our Kitchen Attendant, you’ll actively contribute to a fun and collaborative team focused environment. You will support the Kitchen team to deliver consistent high-quality meals by providing non-cooking duties in a kitchen or food preparation area. On a daily basis you will:
- Undertake general cleaning duties within a kitchen or food preparation area and scullery
- Cleaning of cooking and general utensils used in a kitchen and restaurant
- Assist colleagues who are cooking including assembling and preparing ingredients
What you’ll bring:
- A can-do attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Genuine Interest in working in a commercial kitchen, preparing fresh produce as needed
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and acquire new skills
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A Food Safely Certificate or prepared to obtain this
- Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
