Opportunity
We have a rewarding opportunity for a Landscape Tradesperson who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact.
This is a permanent, full-time role offering consistent hours, with the opportunity to work across a variety of established landscapes. You’ll be part of a passionate, supportive team that takes pride in keeping communities green, vibrant, and thriving.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the set-out and construction of hardscape structures, including footpaths, retaining walls, and stone features, bringing landscapes to life.
- Operate small plant and equipment to execute tasks efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Prepare and install turf, trees, shrubs, and hedges, shaping vibrant outdoor spaces.
- Install drainage systems, fencing, and essential infrastructure for subdivision projects.
- Ensure worksites are clean, organised, and operating smoothly, with tools and equipment properly maintained.
- Strictly follow safety regulations and statutory requirements, including Local Council and EPA guidelines.
- Lead and mentor Landscape Labourers, sharing expertise and fostering a skilled, motivated team.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
- A Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture, or solid hands-on experience (5+ years)
- A reliable, can-do attitude and the ability to work without someone watching over your shoulder
- Leadership qualities - you’ve got what it takes to guide others and get the job done
- Strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards and practices
- Clear and effective communication
- White Card & valid Driver’s Licence
