In the role of a Lead Business Lending & Client Services, you will join the Medfin Customer Delivery Team that’s doubling down on winning together!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Be responsible for supporting a team of fulfillment-based specialists to drive positive customer outcomes by supporting our front-line colleagues.
- Organisation and allocation of workflows into the Business Lending & Client Services Queues.
- Generate loan documentation and process settlements and payments
- Follow operation practices to ensure consistent and accurate outcomes within Service Level Agreements.
- Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing a team
- Prior operations experience preferred.
- Charisma, drive, high-energy and a passion for building high performing teams.
- An ability or the potential to inspire and foster a high-performance culture where people feel valued, respected, and driven to perform at their optimal level all day, every day.
- Strong communication skills
- Sound stakeholder engagement
