The Opportunity
As a Lead Educator, you'll:
- Develop meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Implement innovative early learning programs.
- Document and share children's learning and development with families.
- Contribute to the Guardian Curriculum
To be considered, you'll need:
- A completed Diploma in Children's Services
- Prior experience in long day-care
- Sound knowledge of the NQF and the EYLF
- Current Working with Children's Check
- An ability to lead the room.
