The Opportunity
As a Lead Educator, you'll:

• Develop meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Implement innovative early learning programs.
• Document and share children's learning and development with families.
• Contribute to the Guardian Curriculum

Your Qualifications
To be considered, you'll need:

• A completed Diploma in Children's Services
• Prior experience in long day-care
• Sound knowledge of the NQF and the EYLF
• Current Working with Children's Check
• An ability to lead the room.
