Step into a pivotal role where your expertise in leadership development and learning design will help shape the future of leadership across our enterprise. Working within our design team, you’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and trusted external partners to co-create learning experiences that are bold, human-centred, and strategically aligned with the evolving needs of our leadership community. This is your chance to influence how leaders grow, adapt, and thrive—making a lasting impact through innovative, purpose-driven development.
Your new role
As a Leadership Development Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful learning experiences for leaders across the organisation. You’ll design and develop programs that are innovative, inclusive, and grounded in human-centred design principles. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure our leadership development offerings are strategically aligned with business priorities and responsive to the evolving needs of our people. This role offers the opportunity to influence leadership capability at scale and contribute to a culture of continuous growth and development.
  • Design and develop scalable, enterprise-wide leadership modules and experiences that harness the power of digital learning and emerging technologies.
  • Translate complex business and leadership challenges into targeted, high-impact development solutions.
  • Curate and co-create compelling content that resonates with leaders and drives measurable outcomes in real-world contexts.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to uncover needs and tailor learning approaches to diverse teams and environments.
  • Shape immersive learning journeys, leadership events, and peer-to-peer experiences that foster connection, growth, and insight.
  • Leverage feedback, data, and insights to continuously evolve and enhance the effectiveness and relevance of leadership programs.
About you
To be successful you will be a creative and strategic learning designer with a passion for developing leadership capability—particularly for early to mid-career leaders. You excel at turning complex capability needs into engaging, scalable learning experiences that drive meaningful impact. With a strong grasp of leadership development principles and a human-centred mindset, you bring fresh thinking and practical solutions that help leaders grow, adapt, and thrive.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership development, organisational learning, or talent development, with a strong foundation in designing impactful learning solutions.
  • Proven experience partnering with leaders and stakeholders in dynamic, complex environments to deliver relevant and responsive development initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of leadership theory, adult development, and experience design, with the ability to translate insights into practical application.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate diverse stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • A curious mindset with a keen interest in systems thinking, behavioural change, and how emerging learning technologies can transform learning and leadership practice.
