This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane

Job Description

Join Montu’s Organisational Development & Safety (OD&S) team as a Learning Partner, with an initial focus on nursing education. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering and supporting clinical learning experiences that build the capability and confidence of our clinical team members. While the immediate priority will be nurses, this role will evolve into a central driver of broader clinical education initiatives across the business. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to cross-functional learning projects, spanning everything from mandatory training to learning that supports professional growth for all team members, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to diversify their skill set and grow their career in learning and development.
