Job Description
Join the team behind Australia’s most iconic breakfast show, the Today Show, as a Lineup Producer.
You'll be the nerve center of the control room, responsible for shaping daily content and managing the live rundown. You'll ensure seamless coordination among talent, crew, and editorial teams, making real-time adjustments to deliver “must-watch” live television.
Day to day you will:
- Create and manage the program's detailed schedule, including all segments and timings.
- Control the show's live flow and make real-time adjustments to stay on schedule.
- Liaise between the director, talent, and crew to ensure smooth execution.
- Instantly adjust the rundown for breaking news or unforeseen events.
- Plan engaging content while overseeing the accuracy and technical quality of all broadcast elements.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a TV lineup, ideally in live news television.
- Strong editorial judgment, storytelling, and production skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working across TV, digital, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with ENPS, AVID & Slack
- A passion for breakfast television and understanding of audience engagement.
