Located in Melbourne’s southeast, our therapeutic learning centre specialises in working with neurodiverse students – including those with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, autism, ADHD, and other literacy and numeracy challenges.

About You
We’re looking for people who are:
- Passionate about working with neurodiverse learners, especially students with dyslexia.
- Naturally patient, empathetic, and encouraging.
- Skilled at building warm, professional relationships with students and families.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to work independently with confidence.
- Comfortable using laptops, iPads, and educational apps.
- Team players with a sense of humour and creativity.
- Excited to think outside the box and make learning engaging and joyful.
(Teaching degrees are not required. MSL or OG certification is highly valued – or we’ll train you prior to working with students.)
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to each learner’s needs.
- Plan lessons based on diagnostic assessments and evidence-based methods.
- Track and report student progress to ensure growth and celebrate success.
- Collaborate with colleagues and share ideas to keep learning fresh and exciting.
