The Opportunity
The Paint line Load/Unloader will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of our automated and part-manual production systems.
This is a permanent full-time role, based in our head office in Arndell Park.
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Load and unload products or components onto the paint line safely and efficiently, with particular attention to powder coating requirements.
- Ensure products are properly aligned and positioned for the powder coating application process.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before and after powder coating.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of the powder coating line to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment, especially in relation to powder coating operations.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure production targets are met, particularly those involving powder coating.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks on the powder coating line equipment as needed.
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferably in a powder coating line or similar setting).
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality, especially in powder coating applications.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, move, and load materials as required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Commitment to safety and adhering to workplace health and safety protocols, with a focus on powder coating safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $31.00 per hour
