About you:
You are a skilled and motivated Mechanical Fitter or Maintenance Fitter with:
- A relevant Trade Qualification (Mechanical Fitter, Maintenance Fitter, or Fitter/Turner)
- Solid hands-on experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with Trumpf and CNC machinery (lasers, press brake, punch press) is highly regarded
- The ability to work autonomously, multi-task, and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines
- A commitment to safe work practices and high attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, are an advantage
The successful applicant must have
- Relevant Trade Qualification - Mechanical Fitter, Maintenance Fitter or Fitter/Turner
- The successful applicant MUST have recent experience in hydraulic and pneumatic machinery and a high degree of problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Trumpf and CNC machinery including Lasers, Press Brake and Punch Press machinery is an advantage.
- They must be a hands-on self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet constant deadlines with exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Preferred applicants will have good computer skills with a working understanding of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
