The Opportunity
As a Manager in our Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice, you’ll lead teams that drive complex workforce and HR transformations. You’ll help clients solve their most pressing people and change challenges — shaping future-ready organisations built for adaptability, agility, and sustainable growth. We currently have positions available in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Canberra and Brisbane.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design and delivery of talent, workforce, and organisational strategies that enable business transformation.
Build trusted client relationships and operate as a strategic advisor across people, culture, and change programs.
Identify and shape future skill and capability needs across industries and workforce segments.
Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, driving outcomes and growing talent.
Deliver strategic workforce planning and operating model design informed by data and technology.
Oversee change management and HR transformation engagements from end to end.
Support and lead business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and account growth.
Contribute to internal practice development — creating frameworks, methodologies, and thought leadership assets.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 1 year in a consulting firm.
Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex projects in one or more of the following areas:
Organisational Change Management
HR Transformation / Digital HR
Operating Model and Organisation Design and Talent & Workforce Strategy
Strong experience managing client relationships and teams.
Ability to inspire, influence, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive mindset and passion for helping clients and teams thrive in a world of change.
