Reporting to the Executive Director in the Brimbank Melton Area, West Division, this position plays a key leadership role. The role is accountable for the day-to-day management of the Community Partnerships Team. The role focuses on leading the delivery of agreed work plans, in collaboration with stakeholders and staff, quality improvement, and a focus on innovative approaches to health and wellbeing through collaboration.
The role actively works in collaboration with the relevant central office program areas and other internal stakeholders in influencing, developing and implementing departmental policy, ensuring that local needs are taken into account in policy and program development.
