We have an exciting, full time opportunity for a Manager, GPT Space&Co to manage all operational requirements for the Space&Co venue at 8 Exhibition Street. With a clear vision to establish GPT Space&Co as Australia’s leading provider of flexible workspaces, you will consistently elevate both the brand, and the member experience each day.
Customer experience is at the heart of everything we do and aligned with our ‘Experience First’ value, you will be committed to creating inspiring, world-class workspaces and delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, proactive facilities management, and engaging customer interactions and activations.
You will also support other venues from time to time within Melbourne CBD and as needed, Sydney and Brisbane.
What you will be doing
- Being the welcoming face and key point of contact for all members and guests, promptly addressing their enquiries and requests and ensuring everyone has a positive experience with us
- Effectively managing external meeting room and workshop bookings, ensuring smooth execution on the day, addressing all user needs (including technology) and identifying and executing opportunities for upselling and re-booking.
- Increasing member loyalty through proactive engagement, regular catch-up meetings (in collaboration with the Sales Team), and innovative initiatives that consistently elevate satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Managing the entire life cycle of our customer journey with the support of the National Sales team, from onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewal processes to maintain accurate records and provide a seamless and rewarding experience at GPT Space&Co.
- Coordinating and overseeing venue maintenance, in collaboration with the building management team and relevant stakeholders, maintaining an excellent standard of venue presentation and operation.
- Managing venue billings and contributing to the overall cost management and financial success of GPT Space&Co with support from the Regional Manager.
