Where you'll be working
Macquarie Hospital

What you'll be doing
Provision of managerial support for the Director of Medical Services and the Operations Manager. This role undertakes secretarial support, medical rostering, Healthroster management and telecommunications/ switchboard management. Position liaises with the Medical Workforce Manager MHDA to address Senior Medical Officer and Junior Medical officer workforce, recruitment, and management requirements. Additionally, the position manages administrative staff working on the switchboard.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Qualifications in office management, office administration, secretarial support with demonstrated experience.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience of compiling and editing correspondence, taking minutes, writing briefs, newsletters and reports.
  • Recent and up to date knowledge and experience with Healthroster or equivalent payroll system.
