Manager – three girls fishing (Graceville)
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Manager to lead our team at three girls fishing.

Role Details
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
- Tues / Wed / Thurs / Sat: 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Friday: 11:00 am - 9:00 pm
- CLOSED SUNDAY + MONDAY
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
- Lead, manage, and support staff, building a positive team culture
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Handle stock control, ordering, and rosters
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Jump in and assist in the kitchen or on the floor when needed – “can do” attitude essential
About You
- Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A genuine “people person” with excellent communication skills
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Committed to consistency, quality, and customer care
- Flexible and happy to help wherever needed to keep service running smoothly

Pay: $26.50 – $33.80 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
